McMinnville is the largest city in Yamhill County and an easy run down 99W from our base in Newberg, so it's one of the areas we work in most. Between the older homes around historic Third Street and the newer neighborhoods spreading out from the edges, there's a wide mix of rooflines here and a matching range of what they need.

Older roofs in town are often on their second or third layer by the time we see them, with flashing details that were never quite right to begin with.
