Newberg is where Z&D Builders is based, so it's the town we know best and the one we reach fastest. When you need someone on a roof after a storm, or an estimate before the next stretch of rain sets in, that matters more than it sounds — we aren't driving in from Portland and folding the trip into your price.

Homes here run the full range, from older places near downtown and the 99W corridor to newer builds on the edges of town. What they share is Willamette Valley weather: a wet season that takes up most of the year, enough tree cover to keep north-facing roof slopes damp, and moss that quietly takes hold on shingles if nobody is watching for it. We do full tear-off and replacement when a roof is genuinely finished, and honest repairs when it isn't.

Beyond roofing we handle the work that finishes the outside of a house: siding and siding repair with proper flashing behind it, seamless gutters sized to the roofline, and exterior paint prepped to survive wet winters and sun-heavy summers.
